I had the pleasure of hiring Rune from Kvalitor as external support on establishing a new Nordic Customer Center at Ikano Bank. Runes focus was on developing Process Management, training of Process Managers and leading activities within migration of services and Knowledge from the 5 existing Nordic sites to the new Customer Center at Hyllie. Rune is highly appreciated for his professional and relational competencies. Rune combines a strong theoretical foundation with a hands on approach and I would not hesitate to sign him again whenever need be.
